Renovated and performed finish upgrades to the entire Neurological Wing located on the 2nd floor of Ocala Regional Medical Center. This project was performed in phases to minimize disruption to normal operations. Work area was maintained under negative air pressure to keep adjoining areas free of contamination. Sound and vibration concerns had to be addressed during the construction to minimize disruption to the recovery process of neurological surgery patients in adjoining areas. Finishes included wood grain vinyl plank flooring, millwork base, fiberglass reinforced laminated (FRL) wall protection wainscoting, scrubbable wall paint, epoxy trim paint, high impact vinyl corner guards and crash rails, maple hand rail with sub rail in all corridors, tile showers, plastic laminated casework, vanities, wardrobes and standard acoustical ceiling.
